Trees for North Texas

November 7, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Free

Fall is the perfect time to plant a new tree!

Free! Register here: NTXTrees.eventbrite.com

Trees provide beauty and much needed shade in our hot North Texas summers. Planting a tree can provide a habitat for birds, reduce the temperature of your house, and maybe even produce fruit. Attend our class to learn about planting a tree today and give a gift to future generations.

Learn about:

  • The best trees for North Texas landscapes
  • Tips on tree selection
  • Tree placement
  • Planting methods
  • Establishment and watering
  • Proper pruning

This is a free online event. Register here to receive information on how to participate. Register even if you can’t attend during the event to get access to the recording afterwards.

The class will be 45 minutes long and taught by Tarrant County Master Gardeners Patsy Miller and Dick Pafford.

After registering, check your email for instructions on how to join the live event.
