• The how and why for blending your favorite herbs and fruits and spices for that blend you desire 

• We will mention a couple of Texas tea companies and some of their blends as we learn “How to make a cuppa”  

• How to make an herbal tea or a “tisane” or an herbal decoction or an herbal infusion 

• Taste a little of our Texas herbs as we learn about their use in our Texas history.
