Laptop/Projector: Do you have a laptop and projector available for our use? These are not needed but if available, we can add visuals.

Requested Schedule

Please fill out the scheduling chart below according to the example provided. All lessons are 45 minutes. Please provide 5-10 minutes between lessons for resetting supplies and a 30 minute lunch break if more than 3 classes are requested.
(We require a minimum of  50 students.)
