Even a small roof area can produce a usable amount of water during an average rainfall. From huge cisterns to small DIY barrels\, capturing rainwater can be done by anyone. Attend this workshop to learn the ins and outs of rainwater harvesting and purchase a discounted barrel to take home! \nLearn about: \n\nHow much water your roof will produce in a year\nWhere to put your rain barrel to capture the most water\nHow to install a barrel\nHow to hook up and use your new water source\nHow to build your own 50 gallon rain barrel with just a few supplies from the hardware store\n\nTarrant County Residents: Get a rain barrel for only $25! \nWhen this workshop is in-person\, attendees get to build their own rain barrel and take it home. Since we are unable to do in-person workshops at this time\, in addition to the free workshop\, we are offering the option to purchase a 50-gallon rain barrel at a discounted rate. \nFor Tarrant County residents only\, a 50-gallon rain barrel can be purchased for the discounted rate of $25.
